Cooperation between action medeorBayerBoehringer Ingelheim and Merck enters second phase

To better protect patients from undesirable side effects of medicines, pharmacists will be more closely involved in Tanzanian clinics. This is the goal of a multi-stakeholder partnership (MSP) launched by action medeorBayerBoehringer Ingelheim and Merck, which is now entering its second phase. In the first phase, a roundtable was initiated in 2017 for uniform and comprehensive training of pharmaceutical assistants and technicians, to ensure the care of patients in rural areas of Tanzania.
