Multi-stakeholder partnerships pool the expertise and resources of various stakeholder groups within a formalised organisational framework – the so-called governance structure. This provides the framework for cooperation, performs key functions and has a decisive influence on the success of a partnership. The principle here is ‘form follows function’ – depending on the context, the stakeholders involved and the planned activities, governance structures can vary greatly in design. At the same time, their selection, implementation and application also present challenges.
The publication “Governance Structures of Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships (MSPs)“ offers practical guidance and concrete support in this regard. The first part of the event will present the key content of the publication. This will be followed by an opportunity for exchange, discussion and sharing of personal experiences.
