A key element of the workshop was the application of an impact measurement tool developed in 2022 through a collaborative action research project by Partnerships2030 and the Partnerships Resource Centre (PrC). Based on this tool, so-called impact narratives of the partnership were defined and linked to concrete activities. This approach helps to identify, capture, measure and communicate the impacts of a multi-stakeholder partnership (MSP), while also making visible the diverse outcomes that emerge from collaboration – whether intended or unintended. In this way, the added value of collaboration within MSPs becomes more tangible. The workshop also helped identify and close existing gaps in the partnership’s impact logic.
All results have now been incorporated into the final Theory of Change.
