How can companies collaborate in sustainability partnerships without running antitrust risks? The webinar by the UN Global Compact Network Germany explores key issues that are also highly relevant for multi-stakeholder partnerships and builds on existing guidance.

With the publication Practical Tips: Guidance on Antitrust Issues in Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships, Team Partnerships2030 has already provided a practical introduction to the topic. The guide helps partnerships to identify antitrust issues at an early stage and to carry out an initial self-assessment. Even if collaborations on sustainable development do not aim to influence competition, specific measures can still have an impact on competition.

The webinar Do’s and Don’ts: Antitrust Law and Sustainability addresses these issues and offers in-depth practical insight. Using specific case studies, speaker Dr Tatjana Mühlbach (BUNTSCHECK Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft) will show which forms of cooperation are permissible and where companies should exercise particular caution. The event thus provides additional guidance and strengthens the confidence of companies that are jointly involved in sustainability initiatives.
