Five years after its launch, Generation Equality has published several new resources reflecting on the initiative’s key achievements, lessons learned and future direction. Partnerships2030 provided advisory support throughout the strategy development process and also assists other multi-stakeholder partnerships (MSPs) in designing and managing transformation processes.

To mark its fifth anniversary, Generation Equality has released four new publications: the Financial Commitments Analysis, the Synthesis Report, the Vision and Strategy to 2030 and the Compendium of Lessons Learned. Together, these publications review progress made to date, highlight remaining challenges and demonstrate how shared strategies, trust and long-term collaboration can help advance gender equality.

Partnerships2030 provided technical and methodological advice throughout the development of the new Vision and Strategy. This included supporting the working group established for the strategy process, designing and facilitating workshops and advising on collaboration in MSP as well as organisational transformation processes within the partnership. Partnerships2030 also supports other MSPs in developing future strategies and managing transformation processes.
